We can say that Şişhane region is the focal point of Beyoğlu’s culture, art and entertainment trio. At this point, the culture and art institutions around come together with the street life coming from Galata. The street is one of the most valuable elements in the region. Even the activities inside the buildings somehow carry the atmosphere to the street.
The project aims to create a passage corrid
In order to maintain the perception of the street in the circulation of the upper levels, scaffolding structures ,that branch out from the two main cores like a tree, surround the spaces.
